To withstand the hazards of earthquakes and severe winds, Conn-Fab seismic curbs are solidly engineered heavy-duty units. They are specifically engineered and certified for the U. S. seismic zones where they are to be installed.
A positive anchoring system secures the curb to the roof structure, and the rooftop air handling equipment to the curb.
For certain seismic applications, a spring isolation system which Conn-Fab can provide is indicated. If desired, Conn-Fab will evaluate your application and recommend whether such a system would be desirable or required.
