Herbert R. Hillery founded Conn-Fab in 1971 after a successful career as an engineer and inventor in the sheet metal business. He was a lifetime member of ASHRAE. His daughter, Nancy, joined him in 1975 after getting her MBA. She has been president of the company since 1985, and has owned the business since her father passed away in 1996.
